FIT4BABY Instructor

I started going to FIT4BABY workouts while pregnant with my first in 2018. I loved the genuine nature of the instructors and bonded with a bunch of new moms from those classes (Marina + Tatiana!) The Body Boost and Body Well programs helped me feel more balanced postpartum too.

Fun fact: my water broke during a FIT4BABY Saturday class and my son was born Sunday afternoon. I think about that whenever I do burpees and squats down at Me-Kwa-Mooks!
