FIT4BABY Manager and Instructor

I started attending FIT4BABY in 2017, pregnant with Luca. I began teaching because I wanted to give back to the amazing organization that had changed motherhood for me! I have such an incredible support system of mamas because of all the women I met in my FIT4BABY classes!

We once saw orcas while working out at Alki. I'll never forget it!
