I started with Body Back in 2016 while on maternity leave. I thought it would be a quick 8 week program to get me back on track fitness wise, and then I'd move on. Man, was I wrong- I drank the FIT4MOM koolaid and loved everything about it!

I started coaching in 2017 because I wanted to spread the love and positive vibes I felt from this village.

Over the past several years I've had a lot of ups and downs health wise, but always felt accepted and supported by this village.

My favorite moments are seeing it click in other moms, who haven't quite realized before that this is so much more than a workout group! I have met some of my closest friends through FIT4MOM and I love seeing others find their connections too.
