Why did you start doing FIT4MOM classes?
Once I got pregnant I felt lost as to what exercises I could and couldn’t do. I would find myself aimlessly wondering around the gym questioning if I was allowed to do something. As an ex gymnast working out is a part of who I am and once I got pregnant I didn’t want to give that part of me up. I decided to try a Fit4Baby class and immediately fell in love!
What classes do you currently attend and why do you love them?
Fit4Baby- I love doing high intensity interval workouts and Fit4Baby is the perfect mix of cardio, strength and core. I also love that I feel confident that I am doing exercises that are safe for baby and keeping me healthy and active!
What's your favorite exercise and why?
Push-Ups. Perfect blend of strength and core and depending how pregnant you are, cardio!
What's your guilty pleasure?
Binge watching tv shows. The more seasons the better!
