March Team Highlight: Lauren Holt

When did you start FIT4MOM?

I started FIT4MOM in 2017 when I was pregnant with my daughter, Lila. I started taking Fit4Baby classes and then moved on to Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Run Club, and Body Back after Lila was born.

What do you teach and when did you start teaching?

I started coaching Run Club in October of 2018.

What do you enjoy about teaching?

I love helping people realize that running isn't the monumental task that they think it is. It's as simple as putting one foot in front of the other and knowing that every single run, you can go further than you did before.

What one thing you are working on as an instructor?

I'm always working on asking more questions to help me get to know the awesome women that I'm running with a little more. We have some truly amazing mamas that we hang with in Run Club!

What one thing interesting about you or something we don't know?

I'm also a certified vinyasa yoga instructor!
