Perinatal Yoga

Perinatal Yoga is offered for pregnant and post-partum women looking to stay active, build community, and relieve common pregnancy and post-partum discomforts through safe movement and mindful breathing. Yoga poses will stretch tired areas, and strengthen muscle groups that are needed for the birthing process and beyond as a new parent. No previous yoga experience required!
