It's time to dust off your running shoes and join us for Run Club!
Not sure where to start? Run Club is the the perfect way to start running for the first time. We will provide the training plan for a 5k/ 10k with a goal race at the of the session.
Already a runner with a goal race in mind? Let our coaches build a customized plan for you! Run Club is great for the more seasoned runner looking to add some structure to her training and focus on performance.
Just want to run more? Run Club is ideal for the Mama looking to get some extra cardio into her fitness routine
Whatever your reason come join an awesome group of runners and build accountability with Fit4Mom Run Club! This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. PLUS, spouses can drop-in on Saturdays! Strollers welcome on all runs!
Your Run Club session includes:
Winter session will start January 10th and run for 8 weeks training for the Hot Chocolate 15k/ 5k race on March 4th. All participants for the holiday and winter session are required to have headlamps and reflective vest or clothing for the weekday run.
Run Club consists of two group runs a week, both with a different emphasis to ensure you're performing at YOUR best in time for Race Day!
Weekday Run (education + effort workout): WEDNESDAY at 6p @ the Hiawatha track
Wednesday’s workout focuses on building running strength and knowledge through a varied workout. We attack hills, interval training, and strength drills. Each week has a different focus based on learning all you need to know about running! All workouts are stroller friendly.
Weekend Run (distance & community: SATURDAY @ 7:30a
The Saturday run location varies weekly to explore West Seattle!! Saturday is a long run with two distance options based on our 5k & 10k training plan. Drop-ins and spouses welcome
