Run Meet Up

Bring your family or yourself to these runs! We will have milage and pace options for you! Walk, jog or run!

You do not need to be a FIT4MOM member or Run Club trainee to participate in these runs!

We will start with group stretching and then send you off on your run followed by stretching!

We will be following the DOH and WA State guidelines during our runs. More information can be found through the link below.
