Saturdays at 7:30a: Our Saturday run location varies weekly to explore West Seattle!! Saturday is a long run with two distance options based on our training plan. All runs are stroller friendly!
Sundays at 7:25a is Body Ignite, Wednesdays at 9:30a is Strides 360. Both are a great way to increase your mobility, endurance, agility and strength.
