Body Boost Preview Class and Body Well Q+A

Join us for a special Body Boost Preview class! All levels welcome!

We will go through 4 rounds of Cardio, Strength and Core. Wrapping up with our awesome, heart-pumping Tabata style cardio. We will end with stretch and mediation. After class we will go over our Body Well program and answer any questions you have!

What is Body Boost?
Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This class is just for you and will leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Well is designed to meet you where you are and challenge you to grow as you work to achieve the goals you set with a focus on mental and physical wellness. We believe in the beauty of moms at all stages of motherhood, in all body types, living all different types of lives.

Our certified Body Well™ instructors will coach you through eight weeks of meal planning + nutrition guidance for active families, physical fitness, dealing with stress, building confidence, and more.
