8 Week Family Yoga Session

Bring your favorite little yogi and come stretch, breath and move. Classes will feature traditional yoga poses broken down for yogis 2+ and beyond. We'll also have some fun music, dancing and meditation techniques that parents can take home with them. Please bring yoga mats and waters.

Meg Erb is a mom of two young girls who all practices yoga regularly! She is a long time yoga practitioner and a Certified Kids Yoga Instructor.

This session is for members who have signed up for the full 8-Week Program.
