Fall Run Club+ kicks off October 3 with a training plan leading up to the Greenlake Gobble 5k/10k on November 17 or the Seattle Half Marathon on November 25 - or goal race of your choice! You can always opt into Run Club+ from a membership if you want a little extra accountability!more
Over the 8 week journey you will focus on mind and body. Each HIIT workout will challenge, empower and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed to see your progress as well as nutritional guidance, online workout, accountability and support. Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body-weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come workout with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day! This class is not suggested for newly postpartum moms.
