Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms!

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body-weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can ben as hard as you need it to be or scaled back when you need to! Bring your kiddos or come by yourself!

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This class is just for you and will leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Join us every Saturday at 7:30a!

Bring your family or yourself to these runs! We will have milage and pace options for you! Walk, jog or run!

You do not need to be a FIT4MOM member or Run Club trainee to participate in these runs!

We will start with group stretching and then send you off on your run followed by stretching!

Join us for FUN weekly playgroups for you and your kiddo. We focus on creating connections between you and your kiddo as well as chatting with some other mamas! From crafts, to read-a-louds, dance parties, chats and so much more!

Join us for a 45 minute foundational vinyasa yoga flow class! It doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is a great spot to learn each posture or dive deeper into your practice. We'll experience movement, mindfulness, and meditation.

The class will be led by 200-hour registered yoga teacher Meg Erb, and long time FIT4MOM West Seattle supporter, community organizer, and kids yoga teacher.
