FIT4MOM Family Class brings the whole family together in a Stroller Strides meets HIIT workout extravaganza.
Kids under 5 still need to safely remain in the stroller, a special waiver will be required for kids 5+ who will have a special designated spot for class.

Over the 8 week journey you will focus on mind and body. Each HIIT workout will challenge, empower and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed to see your progress as well as nutritional guidance, online workout, accountability and support. FIT4MOM West Seattle Run Club membership is the perfect way to start running or add to your existing running routine!

Run Club Training is our 8 Week Training Program to add to your routine and receive training and education on how to achieve your goals or start from the beginning! Offering Couch-5K, 5K, 10K and 1/2 Marathon trainings. Email us for more details and dates on our next training session!

Locations:

Saturdays at 7:30a: Our Saturday run location varies weekly to explore West Seattle!! Saturday is a long run with two distance options based on our training plan. All runs are stroller friendly!

Sundays at 7:25a is Body Ignite, Wednesdays at 9:30a is Strides 360. Both are a great way to increase your mobility, endurance, agility and strength.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body-weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come workout with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day! This class is not suggested for newly postpartum moms.

TRX Tone is suspension training using your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. A TRX workout is an effective total-body workout and benefits all exercise levels.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

FAQ:

-You'll need a water and mat if you have one!

-A jogging stroller isn't necessary!

-We ALL have kids so if you're worried about your kiddo not being happy in the stroller, we've got you covered! We sing song, move them around and so much more!

-Bring snacks for you and your kiddo as well! ALL.THE.SNACKS!

-Fun playgroup after class for you and your kiddos!

Family Yoga Class - ages 2-10 yrs

Join Mama Meg Erb for Family Yoga Class!

Bring your favorite little yogi and come to stretch, breath, and move. Classes will feature traditional yoga poses broken down for yogis of all ages. We'll also have some fun music, dancing, and meditation techniques that parents can take off the mat and use at home to help kiddos when they need a little extra help slowing down. Please bring yoga mats if you have them, Meg also will have some to lend out.

Megan Erb is a mom of 2 young girls, a long time yoga practitioner, and a certified kids yoga instructor.
