FIT4MOM West Seattle Run Club membership is the perfect way to start running or add to your existing running routine! Add Run Club+ to your routine and receive training and education on how to achieve your goals.

FIT4MOM Family Class brings the whole family together in a Stroller Strides meets HIIT workout extravaganza.
Kids under 5 still need to safely remain in the stroller, a special waiver will be required for kids 5+ who will have a special designated spot for class.

Over the 8 week journey you will focus on mind and body. Each HIIT workout will challenge, empower and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed to see your progress as well as nutritional guidance, online workout, accountability and support. Believe in your personal transformation!

Bring the kids! $5 per child (under 18). If children are on the premises while guardian is in class, you must purchase childcare cost. Pre-enrollment is highly recommended. Please reserve under your child's name.
