RISE, RUN, REST, REPEAT, MAMA!

It's time to dust off your running shoes and join us for Run Club!

FIT4MOM West Seattle Run Club is...

  • the perfect way to start running for the first time
  • ideal for the Mama looking to get some extra cardio into her fitness routine
  • great for the more seasoned runner looking to add some structure to her training and focus on performance
  • a great way to build accountability

Run Club is led by a group of certified running coaches, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. PLUS, spouses can drop-in on Saturdays! Strollers welcome!

We will provide the training schedules so you can train for a 5k or 10k.

THE RUNDOWN

Fall Session runs September 27th through November 19th.

We will be training for the Green Lake Gobble 5K/10K & Mashed Potato Munch Off on Sun, November 19th. Run Club will consist of two group runs a week, both with a different emphasis to ensure you're performing at YOUR best in time for Race Day!

Weekday Run (education + effort workout):

  • WEDNESDAY at 6p.
  • Meet across the street from the FIT4MOM West Seattle Studio @ the Hiawatha track
  • Warm-up
  • Running workout - stroller friendly
  • Cool down
  • Strength and Core exercises
  • StretchingWEDNESDAY at 6p.
  • Meet outside of the FIT4MOM West Seattle Studio
  • Must be enrolled in 8-week session to attend

Weekend Run (distance & community)

  • SATURDAY at 7:30a
  • Change of scenery runs weekly to explore West Seattle!! Route sent out weekly
  • Warmup
  • Two distance options based on 5k & 10k training plan schedule - stroller friendly
  • Self - paced strength and core
  • Self paced stretching
  • Drop-ins and spouses welcome

Can't make both Wednesday and Saturday runs? We're offering you a once a week option as well!

PRICE

  • Full 8-week session fee is $169
  • Once a week session fee is $99
  • Saturday drop-in is $10 + $5 for Spouse
  • Add-on to Body Back Transformation, BB Membership or Stroller Strides for $99 (email Emily for this)
