It's time to dust off your running shoes and join us for Run Club!
FIT4MOM West Seattle Run Club is...
Run Club is led by a group of certified running coaches, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients. PLUS, spouses can drop-in on Saturdays! Strollers welcome!
We will provide the training schedules so you can train for a 5k or 10k.
Fall Session runs September 27th through November 19th.
We will be training for the Green Lake Gobble 5K/10K & Mashed Potato Munch Off on Sun, November 19th. Run Club will consist of two group runs a week, both with a different emphasis to ensure you're performing at YOUR best in time for Race Day!
