"My FIT4MOM "Why" is because after being a mom 25 hours a day (yes I said 25 hours a day) I need one hour [Body Back] for just me. I get so much out of those 60 "me" minutes; release stress, get those great endorphins, talk mom talk - or hey even grown up talk, sparkle and meet some of the most inspiring and supportive women out there. It's such an amazing community and I feel honored to be a part of it.
